Who We May Share Your Information With

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared, where necessary, with Trustees, employees, voluntary workers and working partners for purposes connected with SOS. We will not share your data with third parties, save for when duty of care is affected.  For example, if there is an immediate risk to your life and/or safety, or that of someone else, and you are unable to call or text for 999 assistance, we will do this for you.  We will only share what is absolutely necessary.

How long we may keep your data for

SOS will only keep your personal information for as long as it is required and in accordance with statutory requirements. Where the information is no longer required, we will ensure that it is disposed of in a secure manner.
